Founded in 1984, Star Tannery Group has grown into a trusted name in leather manufacturing, continuously evolving to meet changing customer needs. We specialize in Chrome Tanned, Vegetable Tanned, Chrome-Free,and Paraffin-Free leather, with a production capacity of over half a million sq. ft. each for chrome and vegetable leather.
Expanding our vision globally, we launched Maria International and AIM EXims to export Shoes,Lasted Uppers,Equestrian,Dog Collars Fashion products including Leather Belts,Wallets, Bags, and more.
Our operations are supported by a highly skilled workforce and a strong commitment to ethical practices.
Our facility is spread across 100000 square feet in Kanpur, India, including a dedicated tannery area of 50000 square feet, enabling efficient and high-quality production
Environment
We comply with market standards for every country using nickel free non allergic hardware accessories. on the other hand we keep high focus on flexibility to give the fast response to market requests and to our customers allowing personalised developments along with standardised production.
The company has always taken a responsible attitude to the environment and has adopted and changed manufacturing process to take into account the health and safety of its employees and the impact of its operations on the environment.
We aim to minimise waste through the stringent use of all materials, supplies and energy, and use renewable or recyclable materials and components wherever possible in operations.
We have Primary treatment plant with DAFF as per the norms by the government.

We always try our best efforts to create awareness about environmental conservation among inhabitants of towns/cities where our units are located by various programmes, medical camps and educational shows.
In our quality standards we include the application of series of ethical rules such as refusal of child labour or child labour supported suppliers, along with many others rules, in order to guarantee worker rights.
